Youth Eco-Apprentice Program Spring 2019
- Is a unique, hands on, after school work program
- Is designed for youth ages 14-17 in Southeastern District 10 neighborhoods (Bayview Hunters Point, Potrero Hill, Visitacion Valley)
- Is every Wednesday 4-6 and Saturday 10-3 from January 19th to May 25
Are you interested in doing great community work in Bayview? Want to learn how to work in a plant nursery, do research, and develop leadership and job readiness skills? Ready to go on some kayak and camping adventures?
Our program focuses on flooding, climate change, and becoming a leader for your community in creative and fun ways and… you get paid to learn! The stipend for the program is paid out bi-weekly on the 5th and 20th of each month. A bonus is given out at the end of the internship for those who stay until May.
