Register to be an intern at the Mission YMCA Teen Culinary Program. Interns will be instructed by a professional chef and will have opportunities to gain the following experience:
– Prepare and sample cuisines from various cultures
– Assist in leading cooking programs for other youth
– Develop essential job skills in the culinary field
– Earn your California food Handler Certification (required to work in a kitchen in the State of California)
