Wishbone Scholarship

Wishbone is a non-profit organization that enables high school students with limited financial resources to pursue their passions by helping them access and afford high-quality summer and after-school programs. By giving students a wide variety of options to choose from, they hope to empower students to pursue what it is that they are passionate and excited about.

Wishbone is currently accepting applications from students who would be interested in participating to attend a summer program of their choosing. There are two deadlines for the summer application: December 1, 2014 for early enrollment, and the final deadline is February 1, 2015.

To be eligible, students must attend high school in one of Wishbone’s regions (SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, and New York City), and qualify for the Federal Free or Reduced Price Lunch Program.

To apply for a Wishbone scholarship, students should visit www.wishbone.org/students to view comprehensive information about our application process and to explore summer programs on our online program database. School staff and teachers should visit our Advocate page at www.wishbone.org/advocates to learn how they can support their students through the Wishbone application. Thank you!
