The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (in Princess Anne) has begun accepting applications for our many summer programs.
Geoscience Bridging Program. July 1 – August 8, 2014. For six weeks on the campus of UMES, successful candidates who have recently graduated high school (Graduating end of Spring 2014), wish to enter any of the Geoscience disciplines and are enrolled to begin their college career in the fall of 2014, will receive wonderful lab, field and classroom experiences as well as take two college credit courses. The NSF grant pays for everything! Transportation, food and lodging, the fees and tuition for the two summer courses, plus a $500/week stipend!
