In 2018, Mayor Breed announced her latest workforce development initiative: Opportunities For All (OFA). OFA will increase the number of opportunities for diverse young people 13 to 24 years old to access high quality and meaningful employment, training, and work-based learning opportunities. The OFA application process is now open.
