This summer is our second annual Youth Leadership Intensive for Asian American high schoolers, and we have extended our deadline to April 1st. Scholarships are available! Please help us spread the word to find students who could benefit from this intensive week focusing on Asian American history, identity, culture and community.
From July 8 – 12, 2018, from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, we’ll host the Youth Leadership Intensive in NYC. (Read more on our website!) Students will study Asian American literature and history, receive counsel from leading Asian American writers, artists, and industry innovators, and engage in a culminating creative writing/oral history project together. Our goal is to nurture leaders that are strongly grounded in a rich legacy of Asian American letters, all while building a strong community that can continue to support them. The deadline to apply has been extended to 4/1.
