The District 11 Leadership Academy program outcomes are:
- Increased knowledge and understanding of SF programs and processes
- Enhanced leadership capacity
- Deepened connection with District 11 residents and stakeholders
- Developed strategy to initiate positive change which strengthens neighborhood resilience in District 11
