Training Details: Gain the skills to protect your mental health and that of those around you. This free training will provide you with the practical skills needed to increase your personal resilience, improve coping, and manage stress. The training will increase your overall confidence and effectiveness in communicating with others as the community recovers during a disaster.
Our trainer, Dr. Elizabeth McMahon, Ph.D., has 30+ years of experience as a practicing clinical psychologist. She specializes in effective therapy for mental and emotional resilience and is co-creator of SF’s groundbreaking NERT Curriculum.
