Greetings from Stanford Sports Performance!
I wanted to inform you that the Stanford University Sports Performance Team is once again holding a Sports Performance camp this summer. Athletes who attend will have the opportunity to be instructed by the sports performance coaches who work daily with the Stanford student-athletes, on topics such as strength development, explosive power, metabolic conditioning, recovery and mobility.
Our camp will have two phases this year. Phase 1 run June 12th through June 30th, with Phase 2 running July 10th through July 28th. Each camp is open to any and all athletes, ages 13-18yrs old. We offer a morning training session from 9:30-11:00am and an evening session from 5:30-7:00pm, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Don’t delay your registration, as we have a roster limit of 40 athletes per group to ensure a safe & effective atmosphere with high-quality coaching.
