Teens need to be given the chance to explore their interests and build skills that will help prepare them for employment opportunities and college. Give Us The Floor gives teens the opportunity to build skills and prepare a portfolio for employment and/or college while supporting their peers and earning community service hours.

Teens can choose their roles and creatively address challenges that they’ve faced through projects (discussion groups, blog posts, YouTube videos, etc.). We provide workshops with professionals for teens to become:

• trained discussion leaders
• bloggers
• social media managers
• ambassadors
• creative team members
