Are you an artist? Do you like creating with acrylic paint, Munny’s, Lego’s? Do you like to use words and color in visual ways? Do you like to work with kids? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then you will love to create with our Kids & Art families.

From October to May, we meet once a month and create art for 2 hours. We will post the calendar and all you have to do is sign-up to volunteer. We will provide all the art supplies. You are welcome to bring your tools and any specific materials you like to work with.

Kids & Art is very proud to bring their program to Family House, a home away from home for UCSF pediatric cancer families. This facility has 40 rooms and is full most of the year. Most of the families stay between 4 weeks to a year. We will be bringing our art workshops and show-n-tells, as well as music therapy and performances, and a wellness program which will include, yoga, breathing, 10 min massages for the parents, and various meditation practices.
