Where: Buena Vista Park (Children’s Playground on Buena Vista Way & Waller St.)

When: 4/21/18  9:00 -12:00 pm

Who: Buena Vista Neighborhood Association

What: Volunteer Work Party with the neighborhood members to improve the park entrance planting areas with emphasis on drought tolerant and native CA plantings at all park entrances.

 

Where: Everett Middle School, District 8 (Clipper Terrace Community Garden)

When: 4/21/18  9:00 -12:00 pm

Who: Community Clean Team District 8

What: Volunteer Work Party to build community and participation in District 8 Clipper Terrace Community Garden

 

 Where: GGP North Lake (Restroom on JFK before Chain of Lakes)

When: 4/28/18  9:00 -12:00 pm

Who: GG Audubon Society

What: Volunteer Work Party with the neighborhood members and the Audubon Society to improve habitat areas around North Lake Habitat Restoration with aims of improving bird habitat.

 

Where: In Chan Kajaal (17th & Mission)

Who: FO In Chan Kajaal

What: CG Volunteer Work Party to address any garden needs in the communal agricultural garden so any community members can contribute to the overall success of the garden.

 

Where: Minnie & Lovie Ward Recreation Center Community Garden (650 Capital Avenue)

When: 4/28/18  9:00 -12:00 pm

Who: SFRPD Urban Agriculture Program

What: Community Garden Volunteer work party maintenance of the public spaces of a community garden that supports the mitigation of food insecurity in the Southeast District of SF.
