The Bay Area Accounting Career Awareness Program is a free program founded in 1989 by the National Association of Black Accountants in which high school students spend a summer week on the UC Berkeley campus, learning about careers in business, college applications, and interpersonal skills.
This year the applications are due on May 1 and the residency week will begin on July 16.
You will find the application, which can also be accessed here: www.acapsfbayarea.org. The application includes a sample program of activities. Our annual report, describing the program in more detail, is also included in this email.
