We’re a summer education program on a mission. But our mission isn’t just to help our campers on their paths to becoming innovators. We also give our summer staff—from experienced educators and artists to college and high schools students—the opportunity to learn and practice a comprehensive approach to thinking and acting like an innovator both in and out of the classroom. We believe in the astounding power of this ripple effect. Our staff take 21st century tools back to their school-year pursuits, inspiring their peers, students and colleagues.

WHO WE’RE HIRING

2,000 exceptional educators, experienced leaders, working professionals, tech gurus, tinkerers, and college and high school students at 60+ locations throughout the Bay Area, SoCal, and Chicago. Our next priority application deadline is Friday, February 17th, and positions fill quickly on a rolling basis.
