Project Pull (entering its 22nd year this upcoming summer), is a paid summer internship program for highly motivated and promising high school juniors, seniors and incoming college freshman. Project Pull is a multipart internship program, which provides a mixture of educational, challenging and fun opportunities both inside and outside the workplace. During the eight-week program, students are paired with City employees who will mentor and help provide them with work experience and skills necessary to become successful in the workforce. Interns are committed to work a total of 20 hours a week, which include 16 hours at worksite and four hours at weekly enrichments.
