Join the Academy’s own citizen science team to pilot a new mobile app called BioCaching. Search for animals and plants in Golden Gate Park, record your findings, and learn how young people around the world are contributing to science. You’ll help the Academy test out and improve this new mobile app while learning about the natural world around you. iPads will be provided for participants to use during the Playshop.
Time: Morning Playshop: 10am-12pm; Afternoon Playshop: 1-3pm
Cost: $18 members; $20 non-members
Eligibility: 6th-8th graders
