2015 is the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II and the Holocaust, as well as the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. All Northern California students (grades 8 – 12) and teachers are invited to this annual, free event. Come learn from preeminent educators and Holocaust survivors. Gain a deeper understanding about the Holocaust and patterns of genocide in order to inspire your own moral courage and social responsibility for the future. 18 workshops include survivor’s eyewitness testimonies of the Holocaust or a genocide.
