Teen Top Chef is a teen culinary program that exposes young people to all aspects of the food industry. Its robust curriculum delivers lessons on health and nutrition, menu design, food preparation, kitchen safety, as well as the business end of the industry including the analysis of food costs, providing quality customer service, and other basic principles of running a successful catering business or restaurant.
TTC has enhanced its business component and teens are gaining live, hands-on experience through contracted catering gigs.
