The Teen department at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco is launching an exciting new service learning opportunity called Pray With Your Feet: A New Orleans Service Learning Experience. High School students in the program will take a trip to New Orleans and will participate in preliminary, immersive learning sessions on social justice and New Orleans history that will all culminate in a mixed media project to be presented at the end of the program. Learning sessions begin in December 2013 and the trip will take place April 3-6 2014.
